Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Our professional guide will pick you from your Hotel in Entebbe/Kampala after breakfast and depart from Kampala early in the morning. Lake Mburo is strategically located few hours from Kampala capital and closer to the west where the Gorillas live. Lake Mburo shelters several wildlife species like the Buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elands, waterbucks, warthogs, kobs, warthogs and baboons among others. you will arrive in the afternoon and head out for a cultural tour in the local village to catchup with the pastoralists. The long horned cattle of the Bahima will be your major highlight as they milk and share how they get milk products from the cows. Drive to the lodge later and have dinner and night stay.
Day 2: Game viewing and Boat ride
After the morning breakfast at the lodge in Lake Mburo, you will head out for a morning game drive to catchup with the amazing wildlife like the Zebras, buffaloes and several antelopes. You will later breakoff for lunch and be ready to launch a boat cruise on Lake Mburo to enjoy beautiful sightings of the Hippos, crocodiles and other wildlife as they come to cool off at the shores of the lake. You will later return to rest at the lodge in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Departure
After the morning breakfast at the lodge, you will have an enroute game drive as you exit lake Mburo National Park. this game drive is the best opportunity to catchup with the animals you missed or to catchup with those animals you want to watch again. Proceed to Kampala arriving in the evening hours and head straight to the airport.
